Out-of-guarantee heat pump repairs

Our heat pumps come with a 2-year guarantee as standard, but if your Vaillant heat pump is outside of its guarantee and you are in need of a repair, simply call our dedicated call centre on 0330 100 3540 and select option 2 to book your service.

Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 3pm

Fixed price repairs

The fixed price repair option is a one-off package designed for heat pumps that aren't within their manufacturer's guarantee. All of our repairs also include expert technical knowledge from a Vaillant trained engineer.

If we cannot fix your heat pump or your heat pump is deemed beyond economical repair we'll only charge you for the fixed engineer time of £149.
